DRG Concepts will open its newest restaurant downtown tonight: Wild Salsa. The executive chef is Kelly Hightower; the menu is Mexico-City-style Mexican cuisine.
For now, Wild Salsa is dinner only (every night but Sunday), with plans to start lunch service July 25. The restaurant's publicist says they're tweaking the phone system, but the phones should be working within the hour.
