Bolla Restaurant serves New American cuisine under the direction of the recently hired chef, Cesar Gallegos. For $55, two people can enjoy a three-course meal including wine, regularly $106.
The staff recommends the sous-vide tenderloin served with lobster mac and cheese, or the chef's specialty tortilla-crusted snapper. Along with a guest, choose from the following:
• Any one starter or petite plate, including the refreshing champagne gazpacho or a Bloody Mary prawn cocktail
• Any two Bolla Specialties (entrees), like the braised beef short ribs with caramelized onions or pan-seared salmon with curry risotto
